  • No Refunds – All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

  • Exchanges for Damaged Items Only – If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange for the same product.

  • How to Request an Exchange – To initiate an exchange, please email us at Fluttergirllash@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product.

  • Conditions – Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify for an exchange.
